Community Health Partnerships Ltd. (CHP) is wholly owned by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, existing to provide high-quality health and social care facilities which meet local need.

With a unique set of skills in commercial investment, community infrastructure development and property management. CHP links the public and private sectors through Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).

Since 2001, we have transformed access to primary and community health services across local communities through the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) PPP programme. We are also head tenant for the £2.5bn NHS LIFT estate, comprising of over 300 properties throughout England.
