This will be a multifaceted body of work, consisting of a series of roundtables, webinars, several reports as well as some in person seminars held across the country.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of this programme is to highlight challenges and opportunities in integrated care based on real-world examples, to scale best practices and provide ongoing practical advice for system leaders and care providers. Topics of discussion will extend to every facet of health and care system transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Our ICS Network convenes system leaders to dissect the progress of health and care transformation.<\/p>\n<p>If you are an ICS leader or have a stake in health and care system transformation, please register below to ensure you are kept updated on key events and projects from our community of ICS leaders. As well as regular insight into the progress of ICS development, we will provide invitations to key events, report launches as well as the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing policy programmes.<\/p>\n<h2>Our previous work<\/h2>\n<p>PPP already has an established policy footprint in integration. In 20221 PPP published a State of the Nation Report: Practical action for effective integrated care systems, which provided a series of practical steps on governance, accountability, finance, workforce, the estate and digital capability for ICSs to take before assuming official status. The report received national recognition and has played an active and significant role in shaping national policy.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, PPP has continued to lead the debate on integrated care, regularly convening stakeholders for insightful discussions and events on what this era of transformation means for the health and care sector.<\/p>\n<p>Current and future phases of PPP\u2019s ICs programme will ensure that dedicated platforms are given to voices across the country. Further, the programme will tackle often unreported issues concerning integration and wider population health and personalised care, these include but or not limited to: nutrition strategy, digital
